More about Brad: 

Brad Dickson is a retired Senior Lighting Director and Technical Instructor from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) with a distinguished career in lighting design and technical innovation.  

With extensive experience in multi-camera productions, single-camera shoots, and film productions, Dickson has worked on a diverse range of projects, including variety shows, comedy shows, award shows, and drama series, as well as feature films such as X-Men, Death to Smoochy, and Joe Q Public. 

He is a member of the ASC Lighting Committee and the co-creator of the HS Scope, a tool designed to calibrate LED lights, video walls, and virtual production software based on camera chroma response. His contributions to the field have played a significant role in shaping the evolution of lighting technology in film and television production.
