About the Webinar: From Outside to the Digital World: Inspiring Your Art Through Real-World Experience

Some of the greatest sources of inspiration for artists can be found beyond the screen.

In this webinar, concept artist and background designer Ridell Apellanes explores how drawing, painting, traveling, hiking, and experiencing the world firsthand can strengthen and enrich your digital art practice.

Discover how creating art away from the computer builds a deeper visual library rooted in authentic, real-world experiences—and how those observations translate into more immersive, believable environments and compelling visual storytelling.

Whether you're designing an idyllic wilderness, a bustling marketplace, or a fiery fantasy hellscape, learn how drawing from life can bring greater depth, atmosphere, and authenticity to the worlds you create.
