WACOM CHRISTMAS PROMOTION CONTEST - T&C'S BETWEEN YOU AND WACOM

1. The promoter of this competition is Wacom Australia LTD (ABN 55 113 989 389).

2. This competition run by Wacom Australia Pty LTD through their online channels is a game of chance and the winner will be drawn randomly. 

3. Entry to the competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

4. Employees of Wacom Australia Pty LTD, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company or agency associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. To enter, entrants must purchase one of the following Wacom product from a participating Retailer between the dates of the promotion period (November 18th 2022 7am AEST and end December 24th 2022 11:59pm AEST). The entrant must submit their proof of purchase details on the specified redemption page (https://content.wacom.com/acton/media/43272/christmas-promo-2022-redemption). The following products count as # of entries. Intuos = 1 entry, Intuos Pro = 2 Entries, Wacom one = 2 entries, Cintiq 22 = 3 Entries, Cintiq 16 = 3 Entries, Cintiq Pro 16 = 5 Entries, Cintiq Pro 24 = 5 Entries, Cintiq Pro 27 = 7 Entries. Wacom Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Only entrants who submit proof of purchase to marketing@wacom.com.au will be entered into the draw.  

8. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give Wacom Australia Pty LTD and agencies associated with this promotion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition.

9. Wacom Australia Pty LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control. Subject to regulatory approval; any amendments need to be approved by Consumer and Business Services.

10. The prize is non-transferable and can not be exchanged for cash. In the event that the winner does not respond to notification of their prize win within the time outlined in section 13 then the prize will be forfeited by the winner. No further correspondence will be entered into.

11. Wacom Australia Pty LTD reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize for equal value at their discretion.

15. The promotion will commence November 18th 2022 7am AEST and end December 24th 2022 11:59pm AEST (promotion period). The winner will be randomly selected January 9th 2023 at 12pm AEST at Wacom Australia Head Office (Ground Floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW 2113) and will be notified by email on January 10th 2023.

16. If the prize remains unclaimed for 14 days (January 24th 2023) after being notified, the prize will be forfeited to the selected winner and a redraw will take place on January 25th at 12pm AEST at Wacom Australia Head Office (Ground Floor, Building 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde, NSW 2113) and will be notified by email on January 26th 2023.

17. Acceptance and agreement of these terms & conditions are assumed by entering the competition.

18. Winners’ details may be used for marketing purposes.

19. Winner(s) of a prize valued over $250 must have their last name, first initial and postcode published in the location specified in the terms and conditions within 30 days of the relevant draw; this applies to both the draw and the unclaimed prize draw.
